HSRP Order Cancel and Refunds are applicable only in case where the damaged product or incorrect size of HSRP is processed. Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong product, wrong size or damaged product are processed.

How to Cancel HSRP Order?
Steps :
Step 1 : Go to the official website of HSRP
Step 2 : Next, click on the “Cancel Order” link in the menu bar
Book HSRP Number Online
Step 3 : Enter your Order Number
Step 4 : Enter your Vehicle Reg No.
Step 5 : Enter the Captcha for verification
Step 6 : Finally click on “Search” button to cancel your order

** The reason of return (providing Order number, and Reason) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.
HSRP Cancellation Policy
** Easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order within 4 hrs. of ordering.
** After successful cancellation charged amount for the order will be refunded within six-eight working days.
** You can cancel an order in easy step just by clicking on order cancellation tab and submitting required details.

** Please note that the complete order needs to be cancelled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests.
** The Super Tag bought along with the HSRP cannot be cancelled stand alone as the same is bought as a package. If you decide to cancel the HSRP, the Tag order will also be deemed as cancelled.

** The Frames have been bought along with the HSRP, it cannot be cancelled stand alone as the same is bought as a package. If you decide to cancel the HSRP, the frames order will also be deemed as cancelled.
HSRP Refund Policy
After successful cancellation, your order amount will be refunded within six- eight working days. Please note that the timing of actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies
i.e. banks/payment gateways. The refund amount will be credited back into the same account that was used to make the payment.

1. Replacement Process
** Please click on the Replacement Booking Option mentioned on our website (www.bookmyhsrp.com)
** Follow the instructions and select the reason for Replacement (Damaged/Lost)
** Mention the details as asked
** In case of Damaged Plate = Upload the Image of Front/Rear Plate.
** In case of Lost / Damage Plate = upload the copy of FIR
2. My front plate is Damaged/Lost, what is the process?
Click on the Replacement Option mentioned on our website and follow the instructions and in case of damaged upload the image of the Front/Rear Number Plate and in case of lost update the copy of FIR.
3. My Front Number plate is Lost, which Laser code do I need to mention while booking for replacement?
Please mention the Laser Code of Rear (Back) Number Plate.
4. My Rear (Back) Number plate is Lost, which Laser code do I need to mention while booking for replacement?
Please mention the Laser Code of Front Number Plate.
5. Would I get the early delivery (fitment), if I am booking in Replacement Option?
Delivery (Fitment) is as per the scheduled appointment date.
6. Would I get a 3rd Sticker if I am looking for a single number plate
Yes, in case of three wheeler/four wheeler the 3rd color-coded Sticker along with the single number plate will be provided. It is not Applicable in case of 2 Wheelers.
