MMSKY MP CM Sikho Kamao Yojana Establishment Registration Online

Under the scheme MMSKY (Mukhyamantri Sikho Kamao Yojana), registration of establishments providing training to youth has started from 07 June 2023 and registration of youth willing to learn work has started.

What is Mukhyamantri Sikho Kamao Yojana?

Under the Chief Minister Sikho Kamao Yojana, youth will be provided training in various fields. Through the Mukhyamantri Sikho Kamao Yojana, the Madhya Pradesh government is helping the youth of the state to enhance their skills and training so that they can avail good employment opportunities.

MMSKY Establishment Eligibility

** Such industrial and commercial establishments of the state which have PAN and GST registration.
** This scheme will be applicable to all categories of private establishments, such as Proprietorship, HUF, Company, Partnership, Trust, Society, etc.

MMSKY Establishment Registration

Applications for the scheme can be filled online through the portal. For this the following procedure is prescribed

Steps :
Step 1 : Go to the official website of MMSKY MP
Step 2 : Click on institution registration on MMSKY portal.
Step 3 : Enter the information of the authorized person.

Step 4 : Enter GSTIN after self declaration.
Step 5 : Enter the mandatory information.
Step 6 : Submit the application.

Step 7 : User ID and Password: Registered mobile number.
Step 8 : The organization will be able to log in using the user ID and password received.

Step 9 : Enter basic information of the organization.
Step 10 : EPF No. (If any) Enter the total number of employees.
Step 11 : Enter subcontractor information (if applicable)

MMSKY Login

** After clicking the “OK” button, the user will be redirected to the login page
** Using the username and password user, can login into the system, and can manage establishment “Basic Details” and “On Job Training Locations”

Documents Required fo MMSKY Registration

** GST Registration number
** EPF number of establishment (if employee strength is greater than 19 than it is mandatory)
** EPF number of contractors (if any)
** Aadhaar number of authorised person for e-sign of information filled.

MMSKY eSign Process

** After adding all details submit the details
** System will ask you for e-sign (for e-sign you need an authorized person
** Aadhar card Number ,OTP will be shared on Aadhar registered mobile no.)

** System will redirect to e-signing page
** Click on Checkbox

** Then enter authorized person Aadhar Number
** You will get OTP on your Aadhar registered mobile number
** After successful e-signing process, you can download ensign document as shown in the screen shot

MMSKY Establishment Profit

** Registered establishments can provide training to student-trainees up to 15% of their total workforce, including regular and contractual employees.

** The establishment will have to deposit 25% of the prescribed minimum stipend in the bank account of the youth. The establishment will be free to give more amount than the amount prescribed for it.

** After depositing the amount by the establishment, 75% of the prescribed stipend will be paid by the state government to the student-candidate through DBT.
** Under the scheme, stipend will be given for the prescribed period of training (usually 1 year).

** Under the scheme, training will be provided in 46 sectors and more than 700 courses.
** There will be a saving of 75% stipend per student per month.

** Rs. per month per student-candidate. There will be savings up to Rs 90,000/-.
** EPF, Bonus and Industrial Dispute Act will not be applicable on students and candidates.

** Students and candidates will not be able to participate in Union Activities.
** Students-candidates will contribute to production while learning.
** Skilled artisans of the future will be prepared.
