Polo Cool Contest 2024 Eligibility
** Participant(s) must be a citizen of India, residing in India. Residents of other countries and residents who are not Indian citizens are not eligible to participate.
** The program is valid throughout India (except the State of Tamil Nadu).
** The Employees, agents, associates, and promoters of Nestlé India and of its affiliates, subsidiaries and advertisement agencies (including their immediate family members) and all others directly associated with organizing the program(s) are not eligible to participate.
** Participants who are minors (below 18 years of age) are not allowed to participate in the program.
** Participants may have to share Age Proof as and when required from the participants.
Contest Period
The Program period starts from 15/07/2024 and shall be valid till 31/08/2024. If the customer has bought a pack before 15/07/2024, then the customer will not be eligible for participation in the program until the start of program period
How to Participate in Polo Cool Contest 2024?
Steps :
Step 1 : To participate, the customer has to scan the QR code given on the pack.
Step 2 : The Participants will be prompted with a microsite link www.theofferclub.com/pd and clicks on the register and fill details: Lot Number (mentioned on the side of the pack), Full Name, Mobile Number with OTP, Select if you are above 18 years, Select T&C & Privacy Policy.
Step 3 : Customers will see Spin Wheel and will click on Press and Spin and spin the wheel to see the reward won.
Step 4 : Post Spinning the wheel (only if won any merchandise), the customer must continue to submit his address for the delivery of the physical gift won: Name, Mobile Number (Autofill), select Alternate Mobile Number if any, OTP on alternate number, Email, Address, City, State, Pin code, Select T&C and Privacy Policy, Redeem .
Prizes
During the Offer Period, the following total number of prizes will be given.
** 192 units of Boat Speakers- 4 winners of Speaker daily during the campaign.
** 384 units of Boat Air dopes. – 8 winners of Air dopes daily during the campaign.
** 576 units of Red wolf caps – 12 winners of Caps daily during the campaign.
The total winners during the campaign period (48 Days) will be 1152.
Contacting Winners
** Winners will receive a congratulations SMS after completing the redemption process.
** 2 round of SMSs broadcast and 1 round of calls will be made to those winners
Polo Contest 2024 Terms & Conditions
** A participant can participate up to 2 times (Valid participation) in the program and the participant can only win once by using a unique mobile number, email and address.
** A participant can be declared a winner of the competition only once throughout the program period basis unique mobile number, email and address
** In case a participant is a winner and is unable to fulfil the details to redeem the prize as provided below latest by 7th September 2024, they will forfeit their right to win the prize and can’t claim the reward under any circumstances.
** Merchandise cannot be returned/ exchanged unless the merchandise is delivered defective. In case the product delivered to you is defective, please contact our helpdesk within 24 hours of delivery of the merchandise, in case of failure to do so, the reward shall be considered as accepted by the customer.
** Defective goods will be replaced if the defect is reported within 24 hours of receiving the defective product. Call helpdesk to report a product as defective.
** Gifts will be delivered to the participant within 21 business days depending on the participant pin code. In case of unforeseen delays an SMS notification will be sent.
** If the gift is Returned to Origin (RTO) due any reasons: Incomplete Address, Wrong Address, Wrong Pin code, Consignee is not available, customer refuses to receive, will not attempted and will be considered as forfeited.
