TicTac Refresh Your Vibe Contest 2024 Eligibility

** Individual consumers residing in India and purchasing the Promo Pack(s) in India, are eligible to participate in this Offer.
** Eligible Participants below age of 18 years may participate in the Promo only with the consent through their parent / legal guardian.

** Companies, Partnership Firms, Proprietary Concerns, HUFs, Association of Persons, Trusts and other entities or organizations are not eligible for participating in the Offer.

** The employees of Ferrero, its associate / group companies and their children and other family members, the employees of the agencies associated with Ferrero for the organization of the Offer and their children and other family members are not eligible to participate in the Offer.

How to participate Tic Tac Refresh Your Vibe Contest 2024?

Steps :
** The consumers are required to purchase Promo Packs during the Promo period, in India.
** Find the seven-digit unique code printed under the back label of the Promo Pack
** Keep your Promo Pack ready for participation.

** Scan the QR code on the top of the pack and land on the Chatbot.
** On the platform, when prompted, you must enter your unique code, name, mobile number and complete registration.
** If you are the winner, you will be contacted via email/call.

Note :
** The Participants are required to retain the empty Promo Pack containing the Promo Code used for participation and hand over the same to the Organizer for claiming the Prize, if required.

** The participants are required to keep their Promo packs secret and not to share the same with anyone else.

Voluntary & Free Participation

** Promo is a voluntary initiative.
** No fees, charges, costs, etc. required to be paid for participating in the Promo apart from purchase of Tic Tac Promo Pack.

** It is not mandatory to participate in the Promo.
** Tic Tac Packs are available at same price irrespective of the availability of or participation in the Promo.

Prizes

** Participants stand a chance to win either Airdopes or Bookmyshow vouchers during the Contest period”.

For states other than Tamil Nadu there will be hourly winners for Airdopes:
** A draw through random scientific selection will be conducted every day by or before 11 PM for selection of the winners

** A total of 12 winners daily will be selected wherein winners will be – chosen for every hour between 10 AM to 10 PM (i.e., 12 Winners for 12 Hours) through a scientific randomizer method.
** In case there is no entry received for any hour, winner for that hour will be selected from the overall pool of entries received.

For state of Tamil Nadu there will be two daily winners for Airdopes.
** This is inclusive of the total 12 winners All India mentioned above.

** Winner will be selected basis the most innovative answer to the question “I love tictac because?“ Two Winners daily with the most innovative answer received between 10 AM to 10 PM to this question will win Airdopes.

** Winners for Airdopes will be announced weekly during the Contest period on www.tictac.bigcityexperience.com.

** Winners of Bookmyshow vouchers worth Rs 9,999 will be announced on 15th Oct 2024. There will be 2 Winners from Tamil Nadu and 8 Winners from states other than Tamil Nadu

** Winners from Tamil Nadu will be selected basis the most innovative answer to the question “I love tictac because?“ Four Winners with the most innovative answer received between “Contest period” to this question will win Bookmyshow vouchers worth Rs 9,999

** Winners of other states will be selected through a draw through random scientific selection basis the entries received during the promotion period described above.

** The user can win a maximum of only one(01) reward per unique code, per mobile number and per household.

** Entries coming outside the Promo Period defined above will not be considered.
** The winner(s), the number of winners, the quantity, size, type, value and category of the prizes shall be determined by the Company.

** Prizes are non-transferable and will not be substituted by cash or any other benefit. Unclaimed / un-availed prizes will be forfeited.
** The winner(s) shall bear and pay all applicable, taxes (such as Gift Tax or any other applicable state or central taxes), duties, etc. on or with respect to the prizes.

** The winner(s) are required to provide the empty Promo Pack containing the winning Unique Promo Code, valid address and identity proofs and such other documents as may be required by the Organizer.
